We want your flowers to last as long as possible! Here are some best practices to keep your blooms happy:
Water: Change/add water every two days if possible! If it's toasty out, you may want to add water daily.
Placement: Keep flowers in a cool area, away from direct sunlight if possible. Fun fact: fruit, which emits ethylene gas, can speed up wilting.
Remove Wilted Blooms: If you see a wilting bloom, get it out of there! Removing any dead or wilting flowers can help prevent the other flowers from wilting faster.

At BB, we buy the freshest florals possible for every arrangement. With that being said, flowers are sensitive and need the appropriate care to ensure they last as long as possible. To get the longest life out of your flowers, make sure they have plenty of water, and are in a cool space. Generally, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not happy with your flowers, please email us within 24hrs of your delivery. Please let us know what the issue is, and we will determine if there has been a quality issue. In the event that there has been a quality issue, we will replace your arrangement. We are a small business, and cannot offer cash returns at this time.
Our arrangements are typically 'designers choice', we do not offer replacements based on design. If you have a strong design preference, please let us know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate!

We deliver flowers between 8am-6pm. Although we can accommodate time ranges, we cannot promise a delivery at a specific time.
House Deliveries: We do our best to hand deliver each arrangement. However, if after 10 minutes no one has answered the door, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place near the door. Additionally, we will send a text/email/phone call to the recipient to notify them of the delivery. In the case that we are unable to directly hand off the flowers, we will leave the flowers in the safest place possible, however we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or stolen.
Apartment Deliveries:
Please provide building codes if necessary! We will leave the arrangement in the lobby, or by their door depending on building policy. We do our best to hand deliver each arrangement. However, if there is no answer after knocking, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place near the door. Additionally, we will send a text/email/phone call to the recipient to notify them of the delivery. In the case that we are unable to directly hand off the flowers, we will leave the flowers in the safest place possible, however we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or stolen.
It is the customers responsibility to provide us the accurate delivery information. BB is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering customer.
